HER FIRST EVER WHEEL-TO-WHEEL RACE OCCURRED JULY 25, 1999 AT SEARS POINT, CALIFORNIA IN THE SECOND RACE OF THE WGGTS INAUGURAL SEASON. FOUR RACES LATER SHE GARNERED THE “MOST IMPROVED DRIVER” AWARD FOR 1999 AND HAD A PHOTO FINISH SECOND AT ROAD ATLANTA.

THE YEAR 2000 HAS BROUGHT A METEORIC RISE TO BELINDA IN THE MOTORSPORTS WORLD AFTER ONLY FIFTEEN MONTHS.  THE GREEN-EYED CALIFORNIA BLONDE HAS WON THE POLE POSITION AT DALLAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY, HAD THREE PODIUM FINISHES IN THE WGGTS AND FINISHED THIRD IN POINTS AMONGST TWENTY-FIVE COMPETITORS. SHE HAS RACED MOTOROLA CUP, A WORLD CHALLENGE ENDURO RACE, SCORED A HUGE WIN IN THE PANOZ WINTER SERIES AND WON BEST OVERALL AT A TWO RACE PROGRAM OF PROFORMACE RACING IN SEATTLE, WASHINGTON, ALL AGAINST MALE COMPETITORS. ON SEPTEMBER 20^TH, 2000 SHE WAS INVITED BY TWO OF THE TOP FEMALE DRIVERS IN THE WORLD TO JOIN THEM IN ONE OF THE THREE TOUGHEST ROAD RACES IN NORTH AMERICA, THE PETIT LEMANS AT ROAD ATLANTA. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY, AN ALL FEMALE TEAM COMPETED IN A MAJOR ROAD RACE ON THIS CONTINENT, AND FINISH IT THEY DID. THIS 1,000 MILE, TEN HOUR RACE WAS TELEVISED IN ITS ENTIRETY BY SPEEDVISION, AND ONE OF THE SPOTLIGHTS OF INTEREST WAS THE EXPLOITS OF THE G&W MOTORSPORTS CAR#81 PORSCHE FEMALE TEAM. QUALIFYING FAR BACK IN THE 40 CAR FIELD, THEY FINISHED 6^TH IN THEIR GT CLASS OF 16 CARS AND 20^TH IN THE FULL FIELD OF 40, RACING AGAINST 24 CARS WITH THE LIKES OF THE AUDI AND PANOZ PROTOTYPES AND THE GTS POWERFUL SEDANS. IT WAS A TRIBUTE TO THE DRIVING SKILL, STAMINA, DETERMINATION AND TEAMWORK OF BELINDA, CINDI LUX AND DIVINA GALICA. BELINDA DID HER FINAL HOUR AND A HALF STINT IN THE RACE IN THE NIGHT HOURS, A FIRST FOR HER AND A DIFFICULT RACING SITUATION FOR EVEN THE TOP ROAD RACERS IN THE WORLD.

 NOW THE YEAR 2001 APPROACHES AND BELINDA IS LOOKING FOR ADDITIONAL SPONSORS TO EITHER SPONSOR HER FULL DRIVING SCHEDULE OR TO SPONSOR ONE OF HER SERIES. • Belinda desires to be involved in a variety of top racing venues including the American LeMans Series, the European LeMans Series (including the legendary 24 Hours of LeMans), the ProFormance Racing Series, World Challenge and the Speedvision Series. Her results since mid 1999 show a dramatic and giant jump to the top ranks of not only women racers, but to road racing of all kinds. She would love another ride in the Petit Lemans as well as the 24 Hours of Daytona.

• This premier series, originated by Don Panoz, is a nine-race showcase for road racing in North America, featuring the “12 Hours of Sebring” and “The Petit LeMans at Road Atlanta”. Belinda has gained an opportunity to drive in the GTS class of this series.

•  NBC Sports, Speedvision or Fox Sports, depending on the location of the venue will televise all nine of these races live in their entirety. This creates major exposure for any sponsor at a very nominal sponsorship cost.  

• Belinda has already appeared in USA Today articles, LeMans Magazine, and in numerous regional and local newspapers as well as in a flurry of radio spots. Her knowledge of marketing, her fresh “California Girl” good looks and her outgoing personality are an asset to any sponsor.

Belinda took the first ever Panoz Esperanza Show Vehicle to the MAGIC Show (The World’s largest apparel show) in Las Vegas and displayed it in her sponsor’s booth.  

• At-track hospitality is provided to all sponsors. Driver appearances can help you at many special events. You will be included and mentioned in the LeMans media/public relations program. Passes are available to you for the Paddock Area to create a special treat for your customers.  

• Belinda also has an opportunity to drive a Saleen S7 600 Horsepower racecar in the World’s most prestigious road race, the “24 Hours of LeMans” in France.

Speedvision World Challenge 

• Belinda has an opportunity to run in either the touring car class or the GT class of this top ranking Series. It is run in conjunction with the American LeMans Series as well as the Trans Am Series.

•  Speedvision World Challenge is televised by  the Speedvision Cable Network throughout the year. 

 Panoz Racing Series 

• A new racing series which will feature the same equally prepared cars as the “Women’s Global GT Series”. There are three Pro-Race events open to all drivers which will be run as support races for the American LeMans Series at Mosport, Canada, Road Atlanta and Sebring. There are five additional races to be held at these three tracks to round out an eight race schedule.

• Belinda finished third in overall points and garnered three podium finishes out of 6 races last year in the “Women’s Global GT Series”.

• Belinda will again race in this innovative series which features full NASCAR type similarly prepared racecars in the Year 2001 as well as in the WGGTS. This ten-race road racing series is a support event for NASCAR, LeMans and Speedvision racing series.

• Car identification is available to you in this series as the car can be painted with your corporate colors as well as logos. Having won first overall in her very first race in this series, at a new track and with a new car, Belinda promises to give you her very best for 2001.
